LIABILITY:

Guest are responsible to return the home as it was delivered upon arrival.

Guest must provide a credit card for incidentals with a deposit for the amount of 500 usd.

Any broken, lost, damage to the space must be reimbursed and charge to the credit card in file for incidentals if the amount exceeds the deposit.

This is travel, and unexpected things may happen. Although I will do everything to assist if something goes wrong, you get sick, etc. I am in no way legally responsible for your well-being during the duration of the trip. By buying this trip you are acknowledging this fact. Medical costs for routine visits, prescriptions, etc. are relatively low in Mexico, but you may want to buy travel medical insurance just in case something more serious befalls you. Guest agrees to acquit and discharge us of any damages arising for or related to the rental or services provide.

Indemnification:  Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Quetzal nest and  its successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, assigns and licensees from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys fees) arising from: Damage to, destruction of, or loss of property or the injury to or death of any employee, officer, or any of its affiliates or agents, or any third party arising out of or in connection with the services of its obligations.

REFUNDS

Can't make the visit after you purchase it, no problem! While all  trips are non refundable we want to make sure your investment doesn't go to waste, you are welcome to attend our next trip or you can gift the spot to someone else  there are no refunds once you book but will happily transfer or change dates for you to visit ( some fees may apply)

What the house rental  payment does NOT include but can be arrange for an additional fee:

• Daily Cleaning service

• Food

• Transportation 

• Workshops

• Tours

• Alcohol

• Any additional food/snacks/souvenirs you might buy along the way
